1. Standard License Terms

The Standard License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, install, and execute the software source code on a single domain or server environment for end-user deployment.

• Full unencrypted PHP source code, MySQL database schema, and CSS/JS assets included.
• You may customize, modify, or extend the codebase to fit your business or client requirements.
• Includes 6 months of free technical developer support and core security updates.

2. Extended Commercial License Terms

The Extended Commercial License is required if you plan to incorporate the software product or SaaS template into an end-product or platform where end-users are charged subscription or usage fees.

• Multi-domain deployment and SaaS multi-tenant execution rights.
• Commercial monetization and customer subscription charging allowed.
• Priority 24/7 architecture support and discovery consultation.

3. Source Code Usage Restrictions

While you receive full unencrypted source code, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Re-selling, sub-licensing, or publicly redistributing the raw PHP source code or database SQL scripts as standalone digital assets.
• Uploading the source code to open public code repositories or torrent index sites.
• Claiming original intellectual property copyright over un-modified core framework scripts.

4. Warranty & Support SLA

All software code items engineered by Kekruweb come with a 90-day post-launch SLA warranty against syntax defects, broken database schema execution, or core logic errors.
